Books can be ordered by e-mail or fax or mail and we expect to receive the payment in advance in case of individuals. We can process small orders by VPP if so desired by the customers. After sending the order, the friends would receive the information from us about the total value of the books including the postage/freight and handling charges and accordingly they should make the payment. The ordered books, other than VPP system, shall be dispatched to them only after receiving the funds. In the case of the Institutions, we expect to receive the money within 30 days from the date of the receipt of the books. |
